On Saturday, September 9th Bar A & the NJ Firefighter’s Mutual Benevolent Association will be hosting the 15th Annual Memorial Fallen Heroes 5K Run.  The race will start at 9:30 am and will travel through portions of the Borough of Spring Lake.
