Ptl. Emmett Smith received a report of a attempted fraud from a resident in the 400 block of Sussex Avenue. Â The resident reported that and individual contacted her on her home telephone claiming to be from the Internal Revenue Service. Â Ptl. Smith confirmed that the call was fraudulent.
