Officer David Bowen received a report of criminal mischief to a residence in the 200 block of South Boulevard.
Nicholas Solazzo 60, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith. Â Solazzo was charged with simple assault and harassment.
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Joseph Dilello 19, Bradley Beach was arrested by Patrolman Ryan Reiff based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
