Patrolman Matthew Phillips and Sergeant Timothy Moran responded to the 000 block of Vroom Avenue for a suspicious person in the back yard attempting to enter the home. Â The reporting party was not at the scene and advised that there had been a 20 minute delay in notifying the police. Â Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the subject.
Officers canvassed the area and located evidence that the same actor attempted or entered homes in the vicinity. Â Detective Christopher Kucinski is investigating.
