Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop Carlos Torres 20, Philadelphia, PA was arrested in the 300 block of South Boulevard by Patrolman Emmett Smith. Â Torres was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
Officer William Noble received a report of theft of a bicycle from the 2100 block of Third Avenue. Â The victim report that the bicycle was taken July 3rd or 4th.
Subsequent to a motor vehicle accident at Third Avenue and Brighton Avenue, Benjamin Cebula 22, Millburn was arrested by Patrolman Mathew Phillips. Â Cebula was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as other motor vehicle offenses.
