Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Ocean Avenue & Howell Avenue, Ryan Jones 23, Staten Island, NY was arrested by Patrolman Ryan Reiff.  Jones was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

Officer Nicholas Steele received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the South End Pavilion.
