After an investigation, Emily Schmidt 40, Point Pleasant was arrested by Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski. Schmidt was charged with Fraud Use of a Credit Card and Theft by Deception from an incident(s) in the 500 block of Warren Avenue.
