Christopher Angulo 48, Forked River was arrested by Patrolman William based on an active warrant out of Spring Lake Court. Angulo was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

On September 1st at 2:27 AM, Ptl. Joseph Liddy con On September 1st at 2:27 AM, Ptl. Joseph Liddy conducted a motor vehicle stop on Third Avenue and arrested Samantha Rivas, 23, Howell for Driving While Intoxicated. She was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law. On September 1st at 4:27 AM, subsequent to a Suspicious Person investigation, Ptl. Liddy and Officer Michael Guzman arrested Lexiano Harris, 31, New York on an outstanding warrant out of West Orange Court. He was processed and turned over to West Orange Police. On September 2nd at 1:19 AM, Ptl. Julia Cutolo conducted a motor vehicle stop on Fourth Avenue and arrested Andrew Fisher, 26, Doylestown, PA for Driving While Intoxicated. He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law. On September 2nd at 10:47 AM, Ptl. Liddy arrested Matthew Quinn, 24, Spring Lake for Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct. He was processed and released pending a court appearance. On September 7th at 1:38 AM, Ptl. Liddy conducted a motor vehicle stop on Church Street and arrested Rey Salas, 20, Somerset for Driving While Intoxicated. He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law. Ptl. Liddy also charged Marc Gonzales-Spina, 18, Kendall Park with Allowing an Intoxicated Subject to Operate a Motor Vehicle. On September 7th at 10:00 PM, Ptl. Liddy conducted a motor vehicle stop on Ocean Avenue and arrested Elias Mendoza, 25, Haledon for Driving While Intoxicated. He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law. On September 16th Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski arrested Estefan Magana, 30, Asbury Park and charged him with Burglary and Theft. This was following an extensive investigation into an occupied home burglary that occurred on Tuttle Avenue in July. He was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Jail. On September 25th at 2:45 AM, Ptl. Liddy conducted a motor vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue and arrested Carlos Elizald-Gutierrez for Driving While Intoxicated. He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.

On August 4th, Ptl. Joseph Liddy charged Mark Ibra On August 4th, Ptl. Joseph Liddy charged Mark Ibragimov, 34, Fairview with Eluding, Failure to Stop for Emergency Vehicles and multiple motor vehicle violations on Third Avenue. On August 4th, Ptl. Liddy arrested Angel Joel Abrilerazo, 31, of Flushing, NY and charged him with being a Fugitive from Justice. Abrilerazo was found to have an active warrant out of Stroudsburg, PA. He was lodged at the Monmouth County Jail. On August 10th, Special Officer Michael Crawford charged Casey McGuire, 41, Lambertville with Hindering Apprehension and multiple Ordinance violations on Pitney Avenue Beach. On August 10th, Special Officer Michael Guzman arrested Natasha Gilhooly, 39, Bedminster on an outstanding warrant out of Spring Lake Municipal Court. She was lodged at Monmouth County Jail. On August 16th, Ptl. Liddy arrested Tatyana Rafael-Calderon, 27, Plainfield on an outstanding warrant out of the South Plainfield Municipal Court. She was released after posting bail. On August 20th, Ptl. Julia Cutolo arrested Shiela Riehle, 49, Allentown on an outstanding warrant out of Allentown Municipal Court. She was turned over to the custody of Allentown PD. On August 24th, Ptl. Cutolo arrested Parish Johnson, 31, Wall and charged him with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (knife), Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, Theft, Trespassing and Threatening Violence for an incident that occurred on Third Avenue. He was lodged at the Monmouth County Jail. On August 24th, Ptl. Cutolo conducted a motor vehicle stop on First Avenue and arrested Dean Fitzgibbons, 61, Spring Lake for Driving While Intoxicated, Eluding, Failure to Stop for Emergency Vehicles, Driving While Suspended and Failure to Install an Interlock Device. He was lodged at the Monmouth County Jail. On August 31st, Ptl. Cutolo arrested Starlin Pena, 27, South Amboy on an outstanding warrant out of Sea Girt Municipal Court. He was lodged at the Monmouth County Jail.
Join us this coming Saturday evening at Belle’s Join us this coming Saturday evening at Belle’s Ice Cream Shop on Morris Avenue between 5:30-7:30 PM. Our officers will be on hand to show off our patrol cars and even scoop your ice cream orders! This fundraising event will benefit our chosen charity of _vetwork_, supporting local Veterans. We hope to see many of you there to enjoy some delicious ice cream for a great cause!

  1. Subsequent to an investigation from September 2022, Jennifer Rosario-Felix 21, Plainfield was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Rosario-Fleix was charged with conspiracy to commit theft. Rosario-Felix was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

    Officer Matthew Bogdan received a report of a stolen bicycle from the area of the Spring Lake Train Station.

    Patrolman Joseph Liddy responded to the area 100 Second Avenue for a dispute.

    Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Church Street near Fourth Avenue, Michael Calascione 30, Matawan was arrested by Patrolman Julia Cutolo. Calascione was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.
