Andrew Black 24, Waldwick was arrested on Washington Avenue Beach by Patrolman Ryan Reiff. Â Black was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession / consumption of alcoholic beverage in public. Â Officer Matthew Neibling assisted in the arrest.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Lauren Sfayer 29, Asbury Park was arrested by Officer David Bowen. Â Sfayer was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as other motor vehicle offenses.
