Subsequent to an investigation from September 2022, Jennifer Rosario-Felix 21, Plainfield was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Rosario-Fleix was charged with conspiracy to commit theft. Rosario-Felix was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Officer Matthew Bogdan received a report of a stolen bicycle from the area of the Spring Lake Train Station.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Church Street near Fourth Avenue, Michael Calascione 30, Matawan was arrested by Patrolman Julia Cutolo. Calascione was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of burglary and theft in the area of Worthington Avenue Beach.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Fourth Avenue in the area of Church Street Marvin Falastin 22, Point Pleasant was arrested by Patrolman Julia Cutolo. Falastin was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.

Subsequent to an investigation from April 24, 2023, Daniel Luzzi 55, Point Pleasant was arrested by Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski. Luzzi was charged with three counts of theft and two counts of forgery.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Pitney Avenue near Third Avenue, Kyle McCabe 25, Brick was arrested by Patrolman Julia Cutolo. McCabe was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.

Patrols responded to the area of Pitney Avenue Beach for a report of a swimmer in distress. Upon arrival units found that the individual was able to get onto the jetty to safety.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Ocean Avenue in the area of Ludlow Avenue, William Cusa 29, Bradley Beach was arrested by Patrolman Julia Cutolo. Cusa was arrested based on active traffic warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Patrolman William Kelly received a report of criminal mischief, burglary and theft to a motor vehicle while it was parked in the area of the Brown Avenue Parking Lot.
