Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka received a report of theft from a residence in the 000 block of Union Avenue

Victim contacted this agency and reported that she had located the missing items, no theft occurred.
February 10th
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop Ashley Piccoli 19, Toms River was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith. Â Piccoli was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.
February 9th
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Anthony Alarcon 25, Newark was arrested by Patrolman James Heine based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
January 30th
Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle in the 500 block of Mercer Avenue.
January 29th
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop a 17 year old male of Tinton Falls and a 17 year old Male of Manasquan were taken into custody by Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka. Â The juveniles were charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous paraphernalia. Â Both juveniles were released to a guardian and charges were forwarded to the Monmouth County Family Division for further.

Thomas Byrne 52, Brick was arrested by Patrolman Sean Duggan based on an active warrant out of this jurisdiction.
January 25th
Patrolman Sean Duggan responded to the 100 block of Lorraine Avenue for a dispute.
January 10th
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop Heather Patterson 16, Brick  was arrested by Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka.  Patterson was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana as well as motor vehicle offenses.
