July 24th

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the Spring Lake Bath & Tennis Club.  The victim reports that the theft occurred July 23rd.

Officer Harry Cuttrell received a report of theft and criminal mischief to a business in the 1300 block of Third Avenue.

Officer William Flockhart received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the North End Pavilion.

July 23rd

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Catherine Clark 28, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman William Kelly based on an outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Patrolman William Kelly received a report of theft of a bicycle from a garage in the 100 block of Newark Avenue.  Located at the scene was a bicycle that was reported stolen on July 22nd.

Officer Harry Cuttrell received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the South End Pavilion.

July 21st

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy received a report of criminal mischief, criminal trespass and attempted burglary to a residence in the 100 block of Passaic Avenue.  Victim reported that the incident occurred in the past 2 weeks.

 

July 7th

Officer Gerald Preston received a report of a burglary and theft from a residence in the 000 block of Seawood Way.  Victim believed that the theft occurred the 3rd week of May.

Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski received a report of fraud from a victim in the 200 block of Remsen Avenue.

Patrolman Jeffrey Poland received a report of harassment from a resident in the 100 block of Monroe Avenue

July 4th

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Cindy Diamaria 47, Wyckoff was arrested by Patrolman William Kelly based on an outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction.

John Puchalski 18, Freehold was arrested on the Boardwalk near the area of Union Avenue by Patrolman William Kelly.  Pulchalski was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana as well as possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.  Officer Ian Davis assisted in the arrest.
