August 17th

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a follow up to a theft on July 18th. Additional charges were located. Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.

UPDATE 8/27/2022 – Actor identified and charged

Patrolman Ryan Reiff received a report of burglary and theft from a victim in the 400 block of Morris Avenue.

August 16th

On July 18th Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski and Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of fraud and theft. Subsequent to investigation the following individuals were charged in the incident. Andres Aguirre Lambert 26, Union City, NJ was charged with fraudulent use of credit card, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, credit card fraud, credit card theft, fraudulent obtain credit card, trafficking in personal identifying information, forgery, wrongful impersonation, and conspiracy. Mayelin Fermin Marte 26, Secaucus, NJ was charged with fraudulent use of credit card, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, credit card fraud, credit card theft, fraudulent obtain credit card, trafficking in personal identifying information, forgery, wrongful impersonation, and conspiracy.

August 11th

Officer Matthew Bogdan received a report of an animal complaint that occurred on First Avenue near the intersection of Union Avenue. Victim reported that the incident occurred the day before.

Olin Muldrow 32, Staten Island was charged with theft, criminal mischief and defiant trespass by Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski. Olin was charged after an investigation into an incident on July 30, 2022 in the 700 block of Ocean Avenue.

August 10th

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on First Avenue in the area of Sussex, Muki Weston 27, Neptune was arrested by Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka. Weston was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.

August 7th

In the area of Marucci Park, Domantas Cincius 23, Wall was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Cincius was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a reports of criminal mischief in the area of Pennsylvania Avenue Beach & Jersey Avenue Beach.

August 6th

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of an theft by deception (AMAZON SCAM) from a resident in the 200 block of Mercer Avenue.
