Officer Trent Powers received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the Worthington Avenue Beach.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of shoplifting from a business in the 1100 block of Third Avenue.

In the area of South End Pavilion a male juvenile from Spring Lake Heights was taken into custody by Officer Matthew McGrady. The juvenile was taken to custody for thefts that occurred along the beachfront recently. The juvenile was released to his parents pending action by the Monmouth County Family Court.

Officer Ian Ambrose received a report of theft from a victim in the area of Salem Avenue Beach. Victim reported that they had items removed while they were in the water.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of theft from a victim in the area of the South End Pavilion. Victim stated that while she was in the water and unknown actor(s) removed items from her bag.

Officer Matthew McGrady received a report of theft from a victim in the area of the South End Pavilion. Victim reported that while she was in the water she had items removed from her bag.

In the 500 block of Brighton Avenue, Anthony Ferrentino 29 of Toms River, was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith. Ferrentino was charged with contempt.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of a suspicious incident to a residence in the 200 block of Monmouth Avenue.

Officer Ian Ambrose received a report of theft from a motor vehicle parked in the 1300 block of Third Avenue.

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy received a report of burglary and theft from a motor vehicle parked in the 400 block of Shore Road.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of criminal trespass in the 000 block of Ocean Avenue.
