November 27th

Douglas Samuels 57, Manchester was arrested by Asbury Park Police Department based on an active warrant out of Spring Lake. Samuels was charged with criminal trespass, attempted theft, burglary and theft based on an investigation into thefts from motor vehicles from November 22nd to November 25th. Samuels was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending action by the court. Patrolman Joseph Liddy and Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski conducted the investigation.

Patrolman William Noble responded to the 300 block of Shore Road for a contractor dispute.

November 25th

Patrolman William Noble received a report of burglary and theft to a motor vehicle in the 000 block of Pitney Avenue.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of criminal trespass and attempted burglary to a motor vehicle in the 000 block of Seawood Way.

UPDATE: 11/27: Actor arrested and charged

November 23rd

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of a burglary and theft from a motor vehicle in the 300 block of Fourth Avenue. Victim reported the incident took place between the evening of the 21st and the early morning hours of the 22nd.

November 17th

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of burglary and theft to a motor vehicle in the 500 block of Essex Avenue. Victim reports that the incident took place sometime between the evening of November 15th to the early morning hours of November 16th.

November 16th

Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka and Patrolman Jeffrey Algor responded to the 200 block of South Boulevard for a report of theft of a motor vehicle.

UPDATED 11/16: Vehicle recovered by Newark PD, Investigation continuing.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of burglary and attempted theft from a motor vehicle in the 100 block of Madison Avenue.

November 13th

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Ocean Avenue and Essex Avenue, Steven Vermeulen 54, Brick was arrested by Patrolman James Heine. Vermeulen was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.
