Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of theft of a bicycle from the 500 block of Passaic Avenue.

Sergeant Sean Duggan and Patrolman Joseph Liddy responded to the area of Passaic Avenue Beach for a report of swimmers in distress. Upon arrival all parties were out of the water and refused medical assistance.

Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka and Patrolman William Kelly responded to the are of Essex Avenue Beach for a lewdness complaint.

Patrolman James Heine responded to the area of Ocean Avenue and Monroe Avenue for a suspicious person.

Sergeant Sean Duggan and Patrolman Jeffrey Algor were dispatched to the area of Ocean Avenue and Union Avenue for an active structure fire. Upon arrival patrols located an unoccupied residence in the 000 block of Union Avenue with an active fire. Fire Departments from Spring Lake, Spring Lake Heights, Wall Township, West Belmar and Belmar responded. No injuries were reported. Monmouth County Fire Marshall and Patrolman Jeffrey Algor are investigating.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of a dispute in the 100 block of Tuttle Avenue.

Patrolman James Heine received a report of a dispute in the 300 block of Morris Avenue.

Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka received a report of harassment in the 500 block of Warren Avenue.

UPDATE 11/4: Actor Identified, Victim declined charges at this time

Patrolman William Noble received a report of harassment from a victim in the 000 block of South Boulevard.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of fraud from a victim in the 400 block of Brighton Avenue.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of a dispute from a resident in the 400 block of Ludlow Avenue.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Brown Avenue and Ocean Avenue James Walsh 28, Wall was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Walsh was charged with driving under the influence as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of a road rage incident in the area of Ocean Avenue and Essex Avenue.
