Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 1800 block of Ocean Avenue, Jehna Kubichek 34, Toms River was arrested by Patrolman William Noble.  Kubichek was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as several other motor vehicle summons.

Officer Christopher McDermott received a report of attempted fraud from a business in the 1200 block of Third Avenue.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 2500 block of Ocean Avenue, Alex Devoy 21, Avon was arrested by Officer Joseph Liddy.  Devoy was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia as well as several motor vehicle summons.

Patrolman James Heine received a report of theft from a resident in the 400 block of Church Street.

Officer Joseph Liddy responded to the area of the Spring Lake Train Station for a report of assault and theft of service.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 1700 block of Ocean Avenue, Edward Trigueros 26, Ewing Township was arrested by Officer Joseph Liddy.  Trigueros was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia, as well as several motor vehicle summons.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of attempted fraud from a resident in the 2000 block of First Avenue.

Patrolman William Noble responded to the area of Brown Avenue Beach for a report of a dispute.

In the area of Passaic Avenue Beach, Amir Osman 32, Jersey City was arrested by Patrolman Jeffrey Algor.  Osman was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 1900 block of Ocean Avenue, Juan Lopez 39, Jersey City was arrested by Officer Joseph Liddy.  Lopez was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 500 block of Warren Avenue, Jelani Reynolds 40, Upper Darby, PA was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  Reynolds was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia, as well as a motor vehicle summons.

Officer Matthew McGrady received a report of a stolen bicycle from the area of the North End Pavilion.
