Patrolman James Heine received a report of burglary and theft from a residence in the 500 block of Monmouth Avenue.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area of the 2400 block of Third Avenue, Giovanni Gambino 37, North Middletown was arrested by Officer Joseph Liddy.  Gambino was charged with driving while under the influence as well as several other motor vehicle violations.

Patrolman William Kelly responded to the the 500 block of Monmouth Avenue for a dispute.

Sergeant Sean Duggan responded to the 1100 block of Third Avenue for a dispute.

Sergeant Sean Duggan received a report of criminal mischief to a residence in the 300 block of Sussex Avenue.

Officer Christopher McDermott responded to the 1400 block of Ocean Avenue for an animal complaint.

Officer Joseph Liddy responded to the area of the Spring Lake Train Station for a report of a dispute.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 500 block of First Avenue, William Catucci 56, Mohegan Lake, NY was arrested by Officer Joseph Liddy.  Catucci was charge with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.  Cattucci was also issued several other motor vehicle summons.

Patrolman James Heine received a report of fraud from a victim that responded to Spring Lake Police Headquarters.

Officer Tiffany Brahn received a report of criminal mischief to a residence in the 200 block of Vroom Avenue.

In the area of Ludlow Avenue Beach, Scott Edger 58, Danbury was arrested by Officer Christopher McDermott.  Edger was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
