Subsequent to a contact at the North End Pavilion, David Gergely 49, Howell was arrested By Patrolman Michael Palmer. Â Gergely was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Patrolman Ryan Reiff received a report of attempted fraud from a resident in the 200 block of Atlantic Avenue.
On March 5, 2017 Belmar / Lake Como will host the 42nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Â The parade will begin at 12:30 pm from Third Avenue near Monroe Avenue. Â Marchers, bands, emergency vehicles, as well as others will be marching down the crowd lined Main Street of Lake Como & Belmar in honor of St. Patrick.

February 20th
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 2300 block of Third Avenue, Stephen Brooks 39, Manasquan was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips.  Brooks was found to have an active warrant out of  another jurisdiction.
Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of harassment from a individual at Spring Lake Police Headquarters.
February 11th
Patrolman William Kelly and Patrolman Michael Palmer were dispatched to the 000 block of Tuttle Avenue for a working fire. Â The lone occupant of the home was safe and outside of the residence upon officers arrival. Â Spring Lake Fire Companies as well as fire companies from Spring Lake Heights, Wall responded to assist in extinguishing the fire. Â Spring Lake and Manasquan First Aid responded as a precaution. Â No injuries were reported.
February 10th
Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of burglary, criminal mischief and theft to a residence in the 100 block of Tuttle Avenue. Â Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is investigating.

Officer William Noble received a report of attempted fraud from a resident in the 000 block of Elizabeth Court.
