In the 1200 block of Third Avenue, Maria Palker 68, Essex Fells was arrested by Sergeant Timothy Moran. Â Through investigation Palker was charged with two counts of shoplifting. Â One for an incident that was reported on October 20th and the second that occurred on this date. Â Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka assisted with the arrest.
In the 400 block of Mercer Avenue, David Leyh 48, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman Sean Duggan. Â Leyh was charged with one count of simple assault.
