A large portion of the Borough is currently experiencing a power outage due to storm damaged electrical equipment. There is no specific timetable for restoration, however, those residents should expect to be without power until at least early afternoon. JCP&L is aware of the problem and working diligently to make repairs. Please limit your calls to headquarters for emergencies only. Andrew McDonald 43, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith in the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue. McDonald was charged with Defiant Trespass and Breach of Peace.

Patrolman Sean Duggan received a report of burglary and theft from a motor vehicle in the 000 block of Red Oak Drive.

Samuel Darche 28, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips. Darche was charged with terrorist threats.

Brendan Dolan 51, Spring Lake was arrested by Sergeant Timothy Moran. Dolan was arrested based on a warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Thomas Szymanski 57, Spring Lake Heights was arrested by Officer Ian Davis based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Officer Kyle Dick received a report of burglary and theft of a bicycle from a garage in the 000 block of Jersey Lane.

Officer William Noble received a report of theft from the Jersey Avenue Beach.

Officer William Noble received a report of theft from a business in the 200 block of Morris Avenue.

Samuel Darche 28, Spring Lake was arrested by Matthew Phillips and charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct in the 1400 block of Third Avenue.

Priti Patel 38, CLiffside Park was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith. Patel was charged with simple assault in the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue.

Sunny Lakhani 41, Rego Park, NY was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith. Lakhani was charged with simple assault in the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips responded to the 400 block of Atlantic Avenue for a dispute.

Officer Ian Davis received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the Sussex Avenue Beach. Victim reports that the theft occurred on August 28th.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Christine Sims 44, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips based on a warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of theft from the area of the St. Clair Avenue Boardwalk.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of harassment from a victim in the 400 block of Passaic Avenue.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Roberto Beltrami 20, Freehold was arrested by Patrolman William Kelly based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy received a report of fraud from a victim in the 000 block of Monmouth Shire Lane.
