Subsequent to a motor stop, Deborah Walker 50, Spring Lake Heights was arrested by Patrolman James Heine. Walker was charged with driving under the influence as well as other motor vehicle offenses.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Loammi Cuellar-Jauregui 26, West New York, was arrested by Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
Stephen Ferrigno 56, South Plainfield was arrested on the beach near York Avenue by Patrolman Michael Palmer for breach of peace as well as an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
Vicki Richman 51, Old Bridge was arrested on the beach near York Avenue by Patrolman Michael Palmer for breach of peace.

Patrolman Emmett Smith responded to a business in the 300 block of Morris Avenue for a harassment complaint.

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy responded to the 500 block of Warren Avenue for a report of a dispute.
Steven Luciano 19, Hamilton was arrested by Officer William Noble at the beach on Warren Avenue. Luciano was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana as well as a outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction. Officer Matthew Merklinger assisted in the arrest.
A 17 year old female from Hamilton was taken into custody by Officer William Noble at the beach on Warren Avenue. The female was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana. The female was released to a guardian pending action by the family court. Officer Matthew Merklinger assisted in the arrest.

Patrolman Michael Palmer received a report of theft of a bicycle from the North End Pavilion.

Patrolman Michael Palmer received a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Monmouth Avenue.
August 13th
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Charlene Barbour 56, New City NY, was arrested by Patrolman James Heine based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
August 7th
Officer William Noble received a report of burglary and theft from a vehicle parked in the 000 block of Jersey Avenue. Â The victim report that the theft occurred in the early morning hours of August 6th.
Benjamin Cutler 22, Spring Lake  was arrested by Patrolman Michael Palmer.  Cutler was charged with burglary and criminal mischief.  The charges stem from an investigation into an incident that occurred on August 3rd in the 1200 block of Third Avenue.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski and Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka assisted in the investigation.
Shiful Suman 39, Brooklyn NY, was arrested in the 200 block of Lorraine Avenue by Patrolman William Kelly and charged with breach of peace.
