July 18th

Patrols responded to the 000 block of South Boulevard for a report of individuals in the backyard of a residence looking into vehicles. Subjects fled the area prior to patrols arrival.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of fraud and theft from a resident in the 400 block of Essex Avenue. Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.

July 14th

Subsequent to an investigation, Nicole Diana was arrested by Patrolman James Heine. Diana was charged with one count of forgery and one count of theft. The charges stem from an investigation into an incident from January 6, 2022. Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski assisted in the investigation.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of harassment from a victim in the area of Marucci Park.

July 11th

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Third Avenue in the area of Tuttle Avenue, Stephen Schiller 32, Neptune was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Schiller was arrested based on an active traffic warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Patrolman Ryan Reiff responded to the 1300 block of Third Avenue for a dispute.

July 8th

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of a possible harassment from a victim that walked into Spring Lake Police Headquarters.

Officer Robert Newman received a report of vandalism in the area of Divine Park.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of shoplifting from a business in the 1200 block of Third Avenue.

Officer Harry Cuttrell received a report of criminal mischief from a resident in the 000 block of St. Clair Avenue.

July 3rd

Patrolman James Heine received a report of a stolen motor vehicle from a driveway of a residence in the 300 block of Tuttle Avenue. Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is investigating.

Patrolman James Heine received a report of fraud and theft from a resident in the 000 block of Elizabeth Court.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report harassment and attempted theft from a victim that walked into Spring Lake Police Headquarters.
