Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Fifth and Warren Avenues, Michael McCrudden 25, Louisville, KY was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. McCrudden was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, namely a white, crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamine, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia, as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy observed criminal mischief in the area of Divine Park and Newark Avenue Beach.

Sergeant Sean Duggan received a report of suspected harassment from a victim in the area of the 500 block of Warren Avenue.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of criminal mischief in the area of the South End Pavilion.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of criminal mischief in area of Essex Avenue Beach and Atlantic Avenue Beach.

Patrolman William Noble responded to the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue for a reported dispute.

Abigail Hamann 25, Myrtle Beach, SC was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips in the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue. Hamann was charged with simple assault.

Hannah Bagley 26, Myrtle Beach, SC was arrested by Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka in the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue. Hamann was charged with simple assault.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips located criminal mischief in the area of the Spring Lake Train Station.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of harassment from a victim that responded to Spring Lake Police Headquarters.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of theft of a motor vehicle from a residence in the 200 block of Washington Avenue.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of criminal mischief in the area of Jersey Avenue Beach.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the are of Brighton and Fifth Avenues, Joseph Veneruso 45, Toms River was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Veneruso was charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a breath test as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.

Patrolman Ryan Reiff reported criminal mischief in the area of Marucci Park.

Timothy Wuestneck 27, Manasquan was arrested in the 700 block of Ocean Avenue by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Westneck was charged with disorderly conduct and breach of peace.
