Subsequent to an investigation from September 2022, Lizbet Martinez 22, Plainfield was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Martinez was charged with conspiracy to commit theft, theft by deception, assuming wrongful identity for criminal act and promoting illegal transaction. Martinez was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Subsequent to an investigation from September 2022, Christopher Olivo-Hernandez 21, Plainfield was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Olivo-Hernandez was charged with conspiracy to commit theft, theft by deception, and promoting illegal transaction. Olivo-Hernandez was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy responded to the 500 block of Warren Avenue for a dispute.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on First Avenue in the area of Brown Avenue, Jeremiah Sweeney 61, Sea Girt was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Sweeney was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.

Patrolman Ryan Reiff received a report of burglary and theft from a resident in the 000 block of Worthington Avenue. The incident took place sometime between January and May.

UPDATED 05/23: Victim advised that reported stolen items were located.

Christopher Angulo 48, Forked River was arrested by Patrolman William based on an active warrant out of Spring Lake Court. Angulo was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Patrolman Julia Cutolo responded to the 500 block of Mercer for a reported dispute.

Patrolman William Kelly received a report of an animal complaint in the area of Marucci Park.

Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski received a report of forgery and theft from resident in the 200 block of Newark Avenue.

Jeffrey Mechanic 37, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Mechanic was arrested based on an active warrant out of the Spring Lake Court.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of criminal mischief from a victim in the 500 block of Brighton Avenue.
