Patrolman Emmett Smith responded to the area of St. Clair Avenue and the Railroad tracks for a report of a motor vehicle stuck on the tracks. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was removed without incident. Investigation handled by NJ Transit Police.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 000 block of Pitney Avenue, Salvador Galindo-Garcia 29, Belmar was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips. Galindo-Garcia was charged with theft, defiant trespass from a property in the 000 block of Ludlow Avenue. Galindo-Garcia was also issued motor vehicle summons.
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 000 block of Pitney Avenue, Arnulfo Ramirez-Sanchez 33, Asbury Park, was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips. Ramirez-Sanchez was charged with defiant trespass and theft from a property in the 000 block of Ludlow Avenue.

Patrolman Ryan Reiff responded to the 200 block of Salem Avenue for a reported dispute.
March 19th
Patrolman James Heine responded to the area of Atlantic Avenue and the Railroad Tracks for a report of a motor vehicle stuck on the tracks. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was removed without incident. Investigation handled by NJ Transit Police.

After a complete investigation, Kathleen Campion 50, Belmar was arrested by Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski. Campion was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, obtaining a credit card by fraud, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, as well as a active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
