Juan Escalante 32, Red Bank was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith in the 000 block of Pitney Avenue.  Escalante was charged with criminal mischief to a business in the 1400 block of Third Avenue on July 3, 2018.

Patrolman William Kelly received a report of theft from a business in the 300 block of Jersey Avenue.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.

Officer Joseph Liddy & Patrolman William Kelly responded to the North End Pavilion for a juvenile incident.

Officer Joseph Liddy received a report of harassment in the area of the North End Pavilion.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of criminal mischief to a residence in the 000 block of Tuttle Avenue.

Jerzy Lewczuk 48, Medford, NY was arrested by Officer Joseph Liddy in the 500 block of Warren Avenue.  Lewczuk was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief.

Miguel Miranda Rojas 40, East Elmhurst, NY was arrested byPatrolman Jeffrey Algor in the 500 block of Warren Avenue.  Miranda Rojas was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief.

Patrolman Michael Palmer and Patrolman Jeffrey Algor were dispatched to the area of Salem Avenue Beach for a report of  a swimmer in distress.  Upon arrival patrols found the victim was rescued by Manasquan Fire Rescue Marine who were training in the area.  The subject was transport to Manasquan Coast Guard Station for transport to Jersey Shore Medical Center as a precaution.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of fraud from a resident in the 700 block of Ocean Avenue.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 2400 block or Third Avenue, Angela Prudhomme 38, Brooklyn, NY and Raymond Jolicoeur 51, Brooklyn, NY were arrested by Officer William Noble.  Prudhomme was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana.  Jolicoeur was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana; possession of a controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

Carlos Almanzar 29, Toms River was arrested by Patrolman Michael Palmer in the 1200 block of Ocean Avenue.  Almanzar was charged with simple assault.

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy received a report of fraud from a resident in the 100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

Officer William Noble received a report of criminal mischief to a business in the 1400 block of Third Avenue.
