Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Fifth Avenue and Monmouth Avenue, Lisa Caccamo 32, Barnegat was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  Caccamo was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as other motor vehicle offenses.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips reported criminal mischief in the are of Marucci Park.

Scott Tomensky 25, Denville was arrested by Sergeant Patrick Gilroy in the area of the Spring Lake Railroad Station.  Tomensky was charged with defiant trespass.

Patrolman William Kelly responded to the area of Pitney Avenue Beach for a reported dispute.

Patrolman James Heine responded to the 300 block of Passaic Avenue for a dispute.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop at Third Avenue and Monroe Avenue, Domantas Cincius 18, Spring Lake Heights was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  Cincius was arrested based on active warrants out of another jurisdiction.

Officer Tyler Vadas received a report of theft of a bicycle from the North End Pavilion.  The victim reported that the theft occurred on the evening of August 30th.

Officer Nicholas Garrity received a report of a theft of a bicycle from the area of the North End Pavilion.

Officer Lindsay Ferko received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the North End Pavilion.

Officer Ryan Zacco received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the North End Pavilion.

Patrolman William Kelly responded to the 400 block of Brighton for a report of criminal mischief.
