August 26th

Subsequent to a motor vehicle in the 1400 block of Fourth Avenue, Andreas Mazarakis 20, Montclair was arrested by Officer William Noble.  Mazarakis was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

patrolman Matthew Phillips responded to the 300 block of Madison Avenue for a dispute.

August 22nd

Subsequent to a motor vehicle in the 400 block of Jersey Avenue, Alex Severson 25, Wayne, was arrested by Patrolman James Heine.  Severson was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believe to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

August 20th

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Domantas Cincius 18, Spring Lake Heights was arrested by Officer Ian Davis.  Cincius was arrested based on an outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle in the 200 block of Atlantic Avenue.

Patrolman James Heine received a report of criminal mischief and attempted burglary to the South End Pavilion.

August 17th

In the 200 block of South Boulevard a 15 year old male from Manasquan was arrested by Officer William Noble.  The male was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.  The juvenile was released to a parent pending action by the Monmouth County Family Court.

August 14th

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy responded to the 100 block of Monroe Avenue for a theft of a motor vehicle from a driveway.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.

UPDATED: AUGUST 16th, Vehicle recovered, subject identified and arrested.

August 13th

In the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue, Philip Tartaglia 23, Mohegan Lake, NY was arrested by Patrolman Jeffrey Algor.  Tartaglia was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous paraphernalia.

Officer Andrew Garrity received a report of criminal mischief in the 000 block of Warren Avenue.
