Officer William Noble received a report of theft from the front of a residence in the 100 block of Howell Avenue.
A 17 year old male from Wall Township was taken into custody on Worthington Avenue Beach by Patrolman Jeffrey Algor. Â The juvenile was taken into custody for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana. Â The juvenile was released to a guardian pending action by the Monmouth County Family Court. Â Officer William Flockhart assisted in the investigation.
