David Manzo 32, Manasquan was arrested by Patrolman James Heine. Â Manzo was charged with theft, receiving stolen property and possession of controlled dangerous substance, believed to be cocaine. Â Manzo’s charges were based on an investigation into a reported theft to a residence on March 29, 2017. Â Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka and Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski assisted in the investigation.

Patrolman James Heine received a report of attempted fraud to a business in the 300 block of Second Avenue. Â Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.
March 29th
Travis Hahn 25, Whiting was arrested by Sergeant Timothy Moran in the 1400 block of Ocean Avenue. Â Hahn was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be heroin and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.
Patrolman James Heine received a report o f burglary and theft from a residence in the 1000 block of East Lake. Â Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.
UPDATED MARCH 31ST – SUBJECT IDENTIFIED, ARRESTED
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 2400 block of Third Avenue, Salvatore Trione 63, Brick was arrested by Patrolman Michael Palmer. Â Trione was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of a stolen motor vehicle from the driveway of a residence in the 100 block of Monroe.

De•Feet Breast Cancer 5K Run / Walk
On April 1, 2017 @ 9:30am, Mama Mare Breast Cancer Foundation will hold it’s 7th annual De•Feet Breast Cancer 5K Run / Walk.  The event will start on 16th Avenue in Lake Como and travel through Spring Lake & Belmar.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop Timothy Brennan 25, Spring Lake Heights was arrested by Matthew Phillips. Â Brennan was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
