Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of burglary and criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 300 block of Morris Avenue.
November 23rd
Daniel Myers 26, Middletown was arrested by Sergeant Patrick Gilroy. Â Myers was charged with eluding, obstructing administration of law, as well as several other motor vehicle violations. Â Myers was identified as the operator of a vehicle Sgt. Gilroy attempted to stop on November 13th. Â Patrolman Matthew Phillips and the Middletown Police Department assisted in the investigation.
November 19th
Alexander Steen 78, Cambria CA was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips in the 1100 block of Third Avenue. Â Steen was charged with one count of attempted shoplifting and two counts of theft. Â Through investigation Steen was found to be in possession of merchandise from businesses in the 1200 & 1300 block of Third Avenue. Â Ptl. Ryan Reiff assisted with the arrest.
November 13th
Sergeant Patrick Gilroy attempted to make a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle in the area of St. Clair Avenue and Third Avenue. Â The operator refused to stop. Â Patrolman Matthew Phillips and the Middletown Police Department are assisting in the investigation.

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of fraud from an individual at Spring Lake Police Headquarters.
Patrolman James Heine received a report of a dispute in the 500 block of Warren Avenue.
