December 13th
Patrolman Michael Palmer and Sergeant Timothy Moran responded to a report of a vehicle on the railroad tracks near the Ocean Road crossing. Â Officers found that the operator was unfamiliar with the area and made a wrong turn. Â Vehicle became stuck on the tracks. Â Vehicle was removed without incident and all parties were not injured.
December 11th
Changa Jones 21, Neptune was arrested by Patrolman William Kelly. Â Jones was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief based on an incident that occurred on December 7th. Â Jones was transferred to Monmouth County Correction Institution in default of bail.
December 10th
Patrolman William Kelly and Sergeant Timothy Moran responded to Salem Avenue Beach for a report of a vehicle stuck. Â Vehicle was removed without incident and operator was issued several motor vehicle summons.
December 7th
Sergeant Patrick Gilroy received a report of simple assault and criminal mischief in the 900 block of Ocean Avenue.

December 6th
Karen Zulli 45, Spring Lake Heights was arrested by Sergeant Patrick Gilroy in the 500 block of Warren Avenue. Â Zulli was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as other motor vehicle violations.
December 4th
Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka received a report of fraud from a resident in the 2300 block of Third Avenue.
November 30th
North End Beach, Spring Lake Police received reports of a surf kite in the water with no one visible in the area of it. Â Patrolman Michael Palmer, Patrolman James Heine, and water rescue teams were dispatched. Â Shortly after patrols arrival on scene the owner of the kite arrived in his vehicle. Â The owner stated that he had fallen off and lost the kite in the ocean to the north, because of the strong winds he was unable to catch the kite. Â The owner was able to retrieve the kite in Sea Girt after several attempts.
November 29th
500 block of Warren Avenue, Patrolman James Heine received a report of theft from a residence. Â Detective Sergeant Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.
November 28th
700 block of Ocean Avenue, Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka received a report of a possible burglary to a residence.
