Kayla Gerstner 22, Brick was arrested by Ptl. Emmett Smith and charged with theft, possession of controlled dangerous substance, believed to be heroin, possession of controlled dangerous substance, believed to be xanax, and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.  Ptl. Smith was assisted by K9 Ersko and Det. Kucinksi.

Sandra Tonnini 45, Belmar was arrested by Ptl. Emmett Smith based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.

S.O. William Kelly received a report of a theft of a bicycle from a residence in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue.

Rosario Miraglia 70, Asbury Park was arrested by S.O. Christopher Heine and charged with driving under the influence.

Julia Fochesato 18, Farmingdale was arrested by S.O. Matthew Phillips and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.  Ptl. Smith and K9 Ersko assisted in the arrest.

Ashley Wicks 19, Howell was arrested by S.O. Matthew Phillips and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.  Ptl. Smith and K9 Ersko assisted in the arrest.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Hugo Alvarez 31, Passaic was arrested by Ptl. Emmett Smith and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance,  believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of controlled dangerous paraphernalia, and driving under the influence.  Ptl. Smith was assisted by K9 Ersko.

S.O. Mark Casagrande received a report of a burglary and theft to a motor vehicle in the area of the 700 block of Ocean Avenue.

Jaymee Carey 54, Brick was arrested by Sgt. Anthony Ploskonka and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

Matthew Shave 35, Allendale was arrested by Ptl. Emmett Smith and charged with  possession of controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

Lionel Mitchell 20, Sayreville was arrested by S.O. Matthew Phillips based upon an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Collin Harrity 22, Jamesburg was arrested by Ptl. Ryan Reiff and charged with three counts of theft from the area of 400 block of Warren Avenue, 200 block of Essex Avenue and 900 block of Fourth Avenue.

Lucas Norton 22, Denver, CO was arrested by Ptl. Ryan Reiff and charged with three counts of theft from the area of 400 block of Warren Avenue, 200 block of Essex Avenue and 900 block of Fourth Avenue.

Ptl. Timothy Moran received a report of a theft of a bicycle from a residence in the 300 block of Third Avenue.

Ptl. Palmer received a report of shoplifting from a business in the 12oo block of Third Avenue.

S.O. Nicholas Vasto received a report of theft from the area of the North End Pavilion.
