Alexandra Amoscato 26, Woodland Hills, CA was arrested by Sgt. Patrick Gilroy. Â Amoscato charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance, under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop in the area of Third Avenue and Vroom Avenue.
