The following individuals were arrested and charged with a series of burglaries and thefts that occured along the beachfront from June 9th to June 11th. Â Patrolman James Heine, Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka and Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski were involved in the investigation and arrest.
