Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop Robin Edwards 61, New York, NY, was arrested by S.O. David Bowen and was charged with driving while intoxicated. Â Edwards was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident. Investigation found that Edwards had struck a parked vehicle in the area of First Avenue and Jersey Avenue prior to her being stopped by S.O. Bowen.
