David Manzo 32, Manasquan was arrested by Patrolman James Heine.  Manzo was charged with theft, receiving stolen property and possession of controlled dangerous substance, believed to be cocaine.  Manzo’s charges were based on an investigation into a reported theft to a residence on March 29, 2017.  Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka and Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski assisted in the investigation.
