Michael Parziale 52, Manasquan was arrested Ptl. Michael Palmer.  Parziale was charged with disorderly conduct in the 1300 block of Third Avenue.

Ryan Reiff and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance believe to be heroin, possession of controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 gram s of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.
