On August 3rd at 7:00am DQ Events will be holding a Triathlon / Duathlon for Autism.  The event will be held in Belmar and Lake Como with a portion of the biking & running occurring in Spring Lake.
* TRAFFIC ALERT *
The event will kick off at 7:oo am with the bicycle portion travelling on Third Avenue, Pitney Avenue and Ocean Avenue. Â The running portion of the race will be completed on Ocean Avenue to Pitney Avenue in Spring Lake.
All of those roads used for the event will be closed to traffic.
