Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka and William Kelly responded to the NJ Transit Railroad tracks near the intersection of St. Clair Avenue for a Motor Vehicle stuck on the tracks. Vehicle was removed without incident. Investigation completed by NJ Transit Police.

In the 400 block of Ocean Road, Michael Rucki 58, Colts Neck was arrested by Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka. Rucki was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
