Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of identity theft from a victim in the 1000 block of First Avenue.
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area of First Avenue and Brown Avenue, Raynard Vasquez 35, Neptune, was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Vasquez was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia, as well as motor vehicle summons.
September 30th
Subsequent to a motor vehicle accident, Nancy Trapani 64, Belmar was arrested in the area of Third Avenue and South Boulevard by Sergeant Patrick Gilroy. Trapani was charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips responded to the 300 block of Pitney Avenue for a reported dispute. Incident was determined to be a road rage incident. Parties were identified and forwarded to the court to sign complaints.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop Alain Diaz-Diaz 21, Dunellen, was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy near the intersection of South Boulevard and Fourth Avenue. Diaz-Diaz was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.
