Patrolman William Kelly and Patrolman Michael Palmer were dispatched to the 000 block of Tuttle Avenue for a working fire. Â The lone occupant of the home was safe and outside of the residence upon officers arrival. Â Spring Lake Fire Companies as well as fire companies from Spring Lake Heights, Wall responded to assist in extinguishing the fire. Â Spring Lake and Manasquan First Aid responded as a precaution. Â No injuries were reported.

Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka responded to the 2000 block of Ocean Avenue for a report of a suspicious incident.

Patrolman Michael Palmer responded to the 1800 block of Fifth Avenue for a dispute.
Dominic Beerman, 27, of Belmar was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips. Beerman was charged with one count of Burglary, four counts of Criminal Attempt – Burglary and Five Counts of Trespass. Â The charges stem from an investigation that began on January 10th. Â Beerman was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution on a no bail warrant. Â Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski, as well as Officers from the Wall Township Police Department and Belmar Police Department assisted in identifying and arresting Beerman.
