NJ FMBA – Fallen Heroes 5K Road Race
   On September 10th the New Jersey Firefighters Mutual Benevolent Association will be holding it’s 14th annual Fallen Heroes Memorial 5K race.
Patrolman Michael Palmer received a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Monmouth Avenue.
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Charlene Barbour 56, New City NY, was arrested by Patrolman James Heine based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
Officer William Noble received a report of burglary and theft from a vehicle parked in the 000 block of Jersey Avenue. Â The victim report that the theft occurred in the early morning hours of August 6th.
Benjamin Cutler 22, Spring Lake  was arrested by Patrolman Michael Palmer.  Cutler was charged with burglary and criminal mischief.  The charges stem from an investigation into an incident that occurred on August 3rd in the 1200 block of Third Avenue.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski and Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka assisted in the investigation.
Shiful Suman 39, Brooklyn NY, was arrested in the 200 block of Lorraine Avenue by Patrolman William Kelly and charged with breach of peace.
Officer Harry Cuttrell received a report of criminal mischief to St. Catherine’s School.
Hans Mueller 58, Jersey City was arrested by Officer Ian Davis. Â Mueller was charged with theft in the area of the South End Pavilion.
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop Courtney Bowles 30, Neptune was arrested by Officer William Noble. Â Bowles was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
Patrolman Michael Palmer and Sergeant Timothy Moran were dispatched to the 1200 block of Third Avenue for the sound of glass breaking and an alarm sounding. Â Patrols located a business that had the window of a front door broken out. Â With the assistance of Patrolman Emmett Smith and his partner K9 Ersko as well as surrounding agencies the area was checked with negative results. Â Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is investigating.
Officer Kyle Dick received a report of criminal mischief to a business in the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue.
Patrolman Michael Palmer responded to a dispute in the 2100 block of Fourth Avenue.
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Patrick Cornell 47, North Arlington was arrested by Officer Kyle Dick. Â Cornell was arrested based on an outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction.
