Sergeant Patrick Gilroy received a report of criminal mischief from a resident in the 400 block of Ocean Road.

Andrew Black 24, Waldwick was arrested on Washington Avenue Beach by Patrolman Ryan Reiff.  Black was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession / consumption of alcoholic beverage in public.  Officer Matthew Neibling assisted in the arrest.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Jason Maestre 34, Trenton was arrested by Officer David Bowen based on an outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Lauren Sfayer 29, Asbury Park was arrested by Officer David Bowen.  Sfayer was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as other motor vehicle offenses.

Officer David Bowen received a report of criminal mischief to a residence in the 200 block of South Boulevard.

Nicholas Solazzo 60, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  Solazzo was charged with simple assault and harassment.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Joseph Dilello 19, Bradley Beach was arrested by Patrolman Ryan Reiff based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, David McGillis 56, Belmar was arrested by Officer Kyle Dick  based on an outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction. 

John Hayser, 47 Avon by the Sea  was arrested by Patrolman Sean Duggan.  Hayser was charged with making terroristic threats.

Frank DeSantis 61, Pelham Manor, NY, was arrested on the boardwalk in the area of Newark Avenue by Patrolman Ryan Reiff.  DeSantis was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia, as well as possession / consumption of alcoholic beverage in public.  Officer Ian Davis assisted in the arrest.

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the Spring Lake Bath & Tennis Club.  The victim reports that the theft occurred July 23rd.

Officer Harry Cuttrell received a report of theft and criminal mischief to a business in the 1300 block of Third Avenue.

Officer William Flockhart received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the North End Pavilion.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Catherine Clark 28, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman William Kelly based on an outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Patrolman William Kelly received a report of theft of a bicycle from a garage in the 100 block of Newark Avenue.  Located at the scene was a bicycle that was reported stolen on July 22nd.

Officer Harry Cuttrell received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the South End Pavilion.

Officer William Noble received a report of a theft of a bicycle from the area of the North End Pavilion.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Marlene Wojcik 31, Point Pleasant was arrested by Patrolman Ryan Reiff based on an outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction.
