Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of contempt of a court order from a victim in the 500 block of Warren Avenue.

Patrolman Julia Cutolo received a report of theft and burglary from a victim in the 500 block of Sussex Avenue.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of theft of a canine from the area of Ludlow Avenue Beach.

Patrolman Julia Cutolo received a report of an unwanted individual at a business in the 1300 block of Third Avenue.

Patrolman James Heine received a report of burglary and theft from a residence in the 2300 block of Ocean Avenue.

Patrolman William Noble received a report of burglary and theft from a residence in the 2300 block of Ocean Avenue.

Subsequent to an investigation Patrolman Matthew Phillips arrested Daniel Alvardo 66, Carthage, NC. Alvardo was charged with aggravated sexual contact.

Patrolman Julia Cutolo responded to the 100 block of Brown Avenue for a reported neighbor dispute.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of fraud and theft from a business in the 200 block of Morris Avenue.

Patrolman Julia Cutolo received a report of attempted fraud from a victim in the 000 block of Tuttle Avenue.

Subsequent to further investigation, Sherif Abouzid 28, Spring Lake was charged with additional charges of two counts of theft, witness tampering and harassment.

In the 1400 block of Third Avenue, Sbouzid Sherif 28, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman Sean Duggan. Sherif was charged with simple assault, aggravated assault, as well as aggravated assault strangulation of domestic violence victim.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy responded to the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue for a reported dispute.
